The Clio Cup

The ELF Renault Clio Cup is a recognised feeder series into British Touring Cars, with a third of the drivers in the BTCC having graduated from Renault championships, including former double BTCC champion - Jason Plato and triple World Touring Car Champion – Andy Priaulx.

The Clio Cup championship provides a tough proving ground for both experienced and young career drivers. Watched every race weekend by UK’s biggest motorsport crowds and with extensive TV audiences on ITV4 and Motorsport UK, it represents superb value for sponsors.

Close action packed racing is guaranteed, thanks to factory sealed 205bhp engines, six speed sequential racing gearboxes, large Brembo brakes, slick dry and wet tyres and stiffened race suspension. This ensures a level playing field for all competitors, where driver and set-up skills are paramount to achieving success.
